Mehnaz has mastered the techniques of elegant and effective makeup for Film/ TV, Theatre, Prosthetics and Special Effects. Mehnaz has shared her love for the make-up arts with celebrities, actors, models, musicians and beauty pageant contestants. An active member of the Calgary Bride Alliance, her recent work has appeared in numerous publications of “Luxe by Calgary Bride” and the “Calgary Bridal Guide”.

Mehnaz enjoys working on Film & TV productions during her downtime. Her most recent work can be seen in the Award winning Short Film “Lost Face” which was screened internationally including at the renowned Cannes Film Festival. Mehnaz’s work has also been seen on numerous runways in the Toronto fashion scene.

Although Mehnaz learned her craft more than ten years ago, she spent several years working in the legal and law enforcement industry doing her part in keeping her community safe. She could not keep away from her true passion for too long though. A graduate of the prestigious C|MU College of Makeup Art & Design (formerly Complections International Academy) the world leader of Make-Up Artistry in Toronto.

Mehnaz believes that education never stops and continually travels to learn from some of the industry’s best artists & educators. The knowledge and experience she brings to her clients and team members is invaluable and a strong asset to her work ethic. The training session she attended by Mario Dedivanovic, (Celebrity makeup artist to the Kardashians, Eva Longoria & many more…) allows her to create glamorous red-carpet-ready, versatile transformations for all client ethnicities.
